We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of IT CPQ & ECommerce Solutions to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack into the next generation. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, architectural design, and flawless execution of our Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and E-commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a deep technical expert with a passion for innovation, a proven leader of global engineering teams, and possesses a strong curiosity and preferably hands-on experience in applying AI to solve business challenges. You will be instrumental in driving our IT CPQ and e-commerce team towards an AI-Led Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. This role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Applications. Your Impact AI-Driven GTM Innovation: Pioneer and integrate AI use cases within the Salesforce and CPQ landscape. Explore and implement generative AI and intelligent automation to enhance deal velocity, improve quoting accuracy, and create a superior customer and seller experience. Strategic Vision: Shape and execute the long-term Salesforce CPQ roadmap evolving our capabilities from best-in-class CPQ to a fully integrated and intelligent Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) system. Experience driving a self service e-commerce solution. Hands-On Execution & Delivery: Lead from the front by directly engaging in complex problem-solving while managing a portfolio of high-priority projects. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. Advanced Solution Architecture: Serve as the lead architect for Salesforce GTM solutions, designing scalable, high-performance systems that adhere to enterprise best practices and are primed for future AI-driven enhancements. AI-Led SDLC Transformation: Drive the evolution of our development practices by championing an AI-Led SDLC. Leverage AI to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, automate testing, and boost overall team productivity through modern DevOps and CI/CD practices. Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a key strategic partner to IT teams supporting Ecosystems, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product Engineering teams. Translate their business needs into technical solutions that streamline processes and drive revenue growth. Global Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global engineering team across AMER and APAC. Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and curiosity, upskilling the team in AI technologies and modern development practices. Seamless Enterprise Integration: Ensure the robust and efficient integration of Salesforce with critical enterprise systems, particularly ERP (SAP preferred) and middleware platforms, to enable seamless data flow for order management, billing, and reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT to streamline and optimize Q2C processes, enabling faster deal cycles and revenue recognition. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $224,000 - $318,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
