Player Services Assistant Supervisor Manager Shift: Grave Shift Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casino Services Supervisor to oversee the overnight operations of our Casino Services department. This role is responsible for safeguarding company assets, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of Casino Services operations during the grave shift, including payroll, cost control, cashier scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Ensure the security and proper handling of company funds. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information related to Cactus Pete's operations. Uphold and enforce guest service standards in accordance with company policies. Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and performance improvement. Conduct timely performance evaluations and offer guidance and resources to help team members achieve their goals. Communicate effectively with other departments, team members, and guests to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Manage credit and collection functions within the department. Schedule staff based on business needs and operational demands. Maintain a high standard of personal integrity, professionalism, and appearance. Perform duties across various functional areas within the Casino Services department as needed. Promote a positive and supportive work environment through consistent feedback and mentorship. Ensure compliance with the System of Internal Controls and all applicable federal currency transaction reporting laws. Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in a casino or financial services environment preferred. Strong understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a casino environment. At least one (1) year of experience in Casino Cage, Casino Services, or Player's Club. Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role.
Skills & Competencies: Prior cash handling experience is required. Proficiency with computers is required; experience with POS systems, data entry, Microsoft Office programs, Windows, and internet applications is preferred. Strong numerical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English effectively.
