Coordinator Foundation
Oversees incoming donations, making sure that contributions are processed in accordance with standard accounting practices, delivers cash and checks to Accounting, and works to ensure that process and coding of contributions is consistent between the Development and Accounting Departments and works with the Accounting Department to prepare the monthly financial reports for the Foundation. Supervises and maintains donor records in fund development software and other Foundation databases, performs daily data entry of donations, tracks pledge payments; can produce a variety of reports from the fund development software including mailing lists and donor lists and prepares acknowledgement letters in accordance with IRS regulations. Assists with all fundraising campaigns such as direct mail, capital and special events. Coordinates materials needed from Marketing and provides information as needed to Marketing. Arranges meetings, sends notification of meetings, prepares meeting packets, takes minutes and distributes them and provides required support as directed for the SGHS Foundation Board, volunteers and Board committees. Supports the Development Director by providing administrative support, maintains all Foundation records and provides support as needed for Nunnally House. Supports all fundraising activities of the Foundation including preparing invitation lists, tracking RSVPs, ordering food and supervising volunteers. Provides oversight for the printing process for all printed materials, tracks contracts and supervises the memorial bricks and pavers program.
