Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, providing basic information to visitors and callers, and greeting clients professionally. The role handles incoming and outgoing mail, assists in keeping conference rooms clean and organized. They maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace and assist with administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: Greet and direct visitors to the company. Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. Schedule guests for entry through C-Cure system. Maintain conference room calendars. Receive, sort and forward incoming mail. Maintain and route publications. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, Messenger, etc.) Receive, stock, and distribute office supplies. May also assist with other related clerical duties, typing of memos, photocopying, faxing, filing, or collating. Other relevant duties as assigned. Work Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 6 months to a year of related experience. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction as required. Ability to work collectively with the administrative team associates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Licenses & Certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is preferred.
