Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Porter / Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in a clean and safe environment. Schedule: Porter: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Floor Tech: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Part Time Benefits Rate at $15.00 / hour PTO: 40 hours of vacation (roll-over) 7 Paid Major Holidays - Double time paid when worked 401 K Employee Assistance Program FSA Perks Employee Discounts Earn Points, Earn Rewards Professional Development Attendance Rewards Referral Program Same Day Pay for all employees! Responsibilities Provide daily floor care services Clean common areas - bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces Gather and take out garbage Restock supplies and put away inventory orders Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets Adhere to strict safety & health requirements Trash collection Qualifications Part Time Hours Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Lorien Bel Air is one of the largest combined skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Harford County and has had a recent updated expansion.
