Configuration Analyst
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst. This role is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and will support the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure. This role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes, controlling technical baselines, and tracking configuration status, performing document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting, Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits. Developing Data Management products, knowledge, and experience with both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes. Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, must be able to perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance. Plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives. Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders when requested. Represent your organization as a prime contact on your assigned contract or project. Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree. Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 1-2 years of direct Configuration Management or Data Management Experience in a DoD Environment. Preferred Qualifications: NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter Experience. Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience. JIRA, SharePoint Experience. ICBM Weapon Systems Experience. Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61.
