Lead and manage daily operations for your team Contract management & auditing efforts as needed Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery Train, schedule, and support staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment What's Available
1.0 FTE Location: La Crosse, WI Main Campus Schedule: Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field Experience:
3 years of supervisory experience with 2 years working in healthcare. License/Certifications:
Valid Driver's License, Federal Medical Card, In-House Driver's Road Test Certificate within 60 days of hire and HAZWOPER training within 6 months of hire Knowledge of safety standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively across departments In addition to this meaningful and important work, we offer a competitive benefits package:
