both professional and personal. Accountabilities: Lead the tactical planning and execution of programmatic media campaigns, aligning with client objectives and introducing innovative solutions. Collaborate with buyers and associate directors to develop media plans and influence positive outcomes across the funnel. Translate briefs into tactical plans and present strategic recommendations with supporting rationale and documentation. Manage day-to-day client deliverables and communication with vendors, creative teams, and partner agencies. Oversee QA for reporting, ensure adherence to strategy, and uphold high reporting standards. Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and implement optimizations to drive results. Negotiate media contracts with guidance and ensure cost-efficiency and value for clients. Supervise and support the team's workflow, assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and maintaining process best practices. Cultivate strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and timely, well-thought-out responses.
