The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Library of Medicine (NLM)a global leader in biomedical research and data sciencein its efforts to accelerate biomedical discovery and improve public health through data-powered research. This role will support project planning, coordination, and documentation for multidisciplinary teams working across translational science, cloud infrastructure, and clinical data systems. $71,704.00 - $82,406.00 (how we pay and promote) Responsibilities Project Coordination & Planning:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination across technical and administrative teams. Support project planning, scheduling, and execution in collaboration with program leads and technical staff. Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports. Prepare monthly activity and financial status reports, including cost tracking, staffing updates, and burn rate analysis. Ensure compliance with NIH/NLM documentation, reporting, and security requirements. Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate communication between government stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Assist in preparing briefings, presentations, and updates for NIH leadership and program managers. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding documentation and maintain accurate personnel records. Administrative & Operational Support:

Support centralized administrative functions such as budgeting, auditing, and human resource coordination. Monitor and report on recruiting efforts, training activities, and employee certifications. Assist with the development and implementation of transition plans and continuity of operations during closures.
