The Neurodiagnostic Tech I - Neurodiagnostics reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Under general supervision a neurodiagnostic technician II is responsible for performing neurodiagnostic tests and the related patient care technical and clerical duties as required. Duties may include supervisory responsibilities of neurodiagnostic program team and workflow. Neurodiagnostic tests include but are not limited to electroencephalography (EEG) and electromyography (EMG). Shift Information: Part Time Days WEEKENDS ONLY Pay Range: 25.91 - 34.98 (Hourly Rate) Minimum Qualifications: An associate degree or higher is preferred. Ideal candidates are proficient and independent in EEG or EMG. Ideal candidates hold current certification/credentials from the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and/or ABRET. Successful completion of a program reviewed by the Committee on Accreditation for Education in Neurodiagnostic technology and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs is preferred. On the job training with clinical experience and/or relevant coursework is acceptable with future registration by the American Board of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists preferred. Current CPR certification. Position requires hearing visual acuity and verbal skills sufficient to perform the neurodiagnostic testing and all other aspects of the position.
