This position may be located in Oklahoma City or Norman, Oklahoma. Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits Job related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Minimum Qualifications: Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities involve document production; Management through a variety of manual or technological processes: correspondence, reports, documents, filing systems, computer records, Sex Offender Registry; Answers 5050 line call service assisting agency customers with inquiries/problems concerning assigned program area; Phones, takes messages, and disseminates information from group email with over 20,000 uploads in a quarterly month; Opens, sorts, distributes, collects, and delivers mail; Manages complex paperwork for multiple, large case management group.
