Engagement And Analytics Manager

The Engagement and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving global employee engagement initiatives, total rewards reporting, benefits insights, compensation trends analysis, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement global employee engagement strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention. Lead the design and execution of total rewards reporting, including compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis, and insights. Analyze compensation trends and market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement and analytics insights into talent management and organizational development strategies. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to global engagement, total rewards, and compensation. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required: Understanding of HR Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing HR data, metrics, and trends to derive insights and make data-driven decisions related to employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, and compensation. Employee Engagement Strategies: Knowledge of best practices in developing and implementing global employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Total Rewards Management: Familiarity with total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits packages, recognition programs, and performance incentives, to drive employee engagement and retention. Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other HRIS systems to manipulate, visualize, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and insights to stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner. Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, and compensation to continuously improve strategies and programs. Project Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into HR initiatives effectively. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement in employee engagement, rewards programs, and compensation practices, and develop innovative solutions based on data-driven insights. Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, or related areas. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives through data-driven insights. Global HR experience and familiarity with international benefits and compensation practices is a plus Working Conditions: Ability to travel globally as needed, 0-10% Onsite/Hybrid in Tampa
