Media Strategy Supervisor
Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Media Strategy Supervisor. Where you'll be working: Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided. As a Media Strategy Supervisor, you'll be responsible for developing a cross-channel media strategy across digital and traditional channels and leading a team through the execution designed to meet/exceed client expectations. In addition to being an expert media strategist, the Media Strategy Supervisor is a strong leader, capable of effectively leading a team of media planners and associates and coordinating plans with the Traditional, Social, Search, Programmatic, Digital Investment and Analytics departments. What You Will Be Doing:
Assist the AMD in setting overall strategic direction for digital and traditional media campaigns and determining which metrics will be used to track campaign success. Lead a planning team to support campaign creation and oversight. Integrate digital and traditional media campaign recommendations in a seamless way that marries the various disciplines into one cohesive strategy that meets client goals. Coordinate with members of the Channel teams including their tactics and rationale in the overall media recommendation as applicable to deliver on strategic goals Build and update media flowcharts and manage buy authorizations. Work hand-in-hand with our Channel and Analytics team to ensure proper tracking of campaigns. Monitors pre and post launch Quality Assurance checks and balances through communication and collaboration with Channel teams. Deliver reporting that uncovers actionable insights into campaign performance. Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of media research and industry trends. Remain dedicated to the personal growth and training/mentoring of your team. What You Bring:
7+ years of agency experience specific to media planning and buying with a working knowledge of paid search, paid social and programmatic 1+ years of team management and cross-department collaboration Experience in relevant planning tools including MRI, Scarborough, NMI, Market Mate, AdIntel, Lumina, etc. Creativity in developing strategic media plans and critical thinking to provide rationale Capable of seeing the "big picture"
