Data Entry Associate
As a Data Entry Associate, you will analyze, research, and resolve problems for a large retail company related to new items or changes submitted for existing items by utilizing all supporting systems. You will resolve complex problems given limited information in a time-sensitive environment and demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems. Furthermore, you will perform cross-functional activities including maintenance and/or research using ancillary systems. Responsibilities

Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems and their interdependencies. Perform cross-functional activities, including maintenance and research using ancillary systems. Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Customer service skills. Experience handling high volume data. *This team operates off of a 5 days in, 5 days remote hybrid schedule. This will be a long term contract with potential for conversion (based off performance) after around 12 months. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
