Lubricator Technician
Perform lubrication maintenance tasks according to equipment manufacturer specifications and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity. Inspect and monitor lubrication systems, including oil and grease levels, filters, and seals, to identify potential issues such as leaks, contamination, or component wear. Troubleshoot lubrication-related problems, including improper lubricant viscosity, insufficient lubricant flow, or equipment overheating, and take appropriate corrective actions. Coordinate lubricant sampling and analysis to assess lubricant condition and equipment health. Maintain lubrication records, including lubricant usage, equipment inspections, maintenance tasks performed, and any abnormalities or observations. Recommend lubrication improvements, such as selecting alternative lubricants or implementing centralized lubrication systems. Collaborate with the maintenance team and adhere to safety guidelines while performing lubrication maintenance tasks.
