New Construction to join their growing team in Miami, FL. This role will lead a high-profile, multimillion-dollar concrete restoration project, offering an opportunity to take ownership of complex work that makes a lasting impact. What You'll Do as the Project Manager
New Construction: Oversee the full lifecycle of a major restoration project, from mobilization to closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and quality control Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements Collaborate closely with engineers, general contractors, owners, and inspectors Anticipate and mitigate risks, handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision Must-Haves as the Project Manager
New Construction: 7+ years of project management experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, or rehabilitation Strong knowledge of post-tension and reinforcing systems Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project Proven ability to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager
