Mechanical Engineer

Perform technical reviews of mechanical design documents. Design facilities and buildings. Collaborate with various teams to review and refine designs. Conduct field and site visits to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Interact with clients to discuss HVAC design and project management. Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience in HVAC and mechanical design. Ability to interact effectively with clients. Project management skills. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME). EIT/PE certification is a plus. Experience with HVAC system design and system selection. Work Environment
This position offers flexible work hours starting between 6am-8am. The role requires working directly onsite at the client site in Indian Head, MD, with a schedule of four days onsite and one day remote. Responsibilities include reviewing existing buildings, designing RFPs, and conducting technical analysis for a large government project. Benefits include 15 days of PTO, 5 days of sick leave, 10 holidays, 100% coverage of benefits, end-of-year bonus, profit sharing, and flexible schedules.
