Set and achieve new business goals. Utilize Sales Tools to identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline. Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met. Work in conjunction with internal teams to identify cross sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources. Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals. Stay current on license and education requirements. Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends. Travel as needed. What's in it For You?

Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses. 3+ years of insurance sales experience. Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures. Self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communications skills and strong sales skills. Competitive, persistent, and self-reliant with high energy and sales drive. Grow, with Us
