Loan Marketing Location: Multiple Branch Locations-TX, GA, CA, NY, NJ Job Type: Full-Time About Us As Metro City Bank prepares for an exciting growth phase through acquisition, we are seeking driven, service-focused professionals to join our expanding team. This is a universal for various roles across our banking operations. Applicants will be matched with the most suitable role based on their qualifications and experience during the onboarding process. Potential Roles May Include: Loan Servicing Loan Officer Note Officer Loan Administration Lending Officer Loan Officer Loan Marketing General Responsibilities May Include: Delivering exceptional customer service in branch or lending operations Processing transactions, loan documentation, and account maintenance Supporting digital banking systems and resolving technical issues Managing or assisting in branch operations and sales targets Review Loan documents and initiates funding for closing Performs annual escrow analysis and mails statement and surplus refund checks Promotes, explains, and sells all banking products. Asks customers for referrals. Maintains a portfolio of existing retail customers. Does consumer lending. Develops new business. May conduct outside sales calls. Analyzes client Oversee SBA 7 (a) and SBA 504, and conventional loan issues. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles) 15+ years of experience in banking, lending, customer service, HR, or IT Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to multiple assignments Bilingual Skills Preferred Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
