Field Operations Supervisor
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily route operations, and ensuring efficient daily coverage for market servicing. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, support Drivers and Merchandisers, and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Operations & Logistics: Monitor warehouse areas for left-behind products and notify drivers/RBMs. Manage jumper schedules, coverage assignments, and service rotations. Coordinate with RBMs on call-offs, route adjustments, and operational needs. Track and communicate real-time issues to relevant teams. Market Oversight & Training: Conduct market visits to ensure SOP compliance and gather client feedback. Oversee market refreshes, inventory alignment, and equipment checks. Train and support new merchandisers and RBMs on best practices. Lead market tours for employees from other divisions. Scheduling & Communication: Prepare and distribute weekly route, service, and Saturday schedules. Maintain training materials and route documentation. Provide updates on procedural changes to merchandisers. Job Requirements: Experience in route operations, logistics, or field supervision preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in scheduling and operational planning. Willingness to travel for market visits and team support. Willingness to get a Chauffeurs license (if applicable). Ability to acquire a DOT physical.
