Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders and their teams, aligning business objectives with people strategies. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives across the IT organization. The Sr. HRBP acts as a change agent and champion for a high-performance culture, ensuring HR solutions support the Global Information Technology team. Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership: Partner with IT leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce development. Lead and support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts. Coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness. Engage with global IT associates to drive HR initiatives and processes such as performance appraisals, compensation cycle, etc. Talent: Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve employee experience. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and DEI to deliver integrated HR solutions. Manage the organization's immigration obligations, making recommendations and actively engaging with Regal Rexnord's third party immigration team. Culture: Lead and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to manage the critical touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, day-to-day associate inquiries, and off-boarding. Review and administer Regal Rexnord policies to drive consistency and ensure compliance. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Manage and support engagement activities that drive and encourage Regal Rexnord's values, conduct, and overall associate engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with associates at all levels, including senior leaders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, and/or global environment is a plus. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
