Location: Dallas, TX, 100% onsite Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Financial Services Pay: $75,000
$80,000 (no bonus) Type of Employment: Direct Hire Job Description: The Loan Closing Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial loan closings, working closely with internal leadership, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers. This is a detail-driven, communication-focused role requiring confidence, organization, and the ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all parties throughout the loan closing process Ensure all loan requirements are met before funding Review documents, funding requests, and settlement statements Enter loan details into internal systems accurately Communicate with senior leaders, legal teams, and borrowers Track and process fees related to inspections and appraisals Handle post-closing follow-ups and documentation Maintain accurate and secure loan files Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial loan closing, particularly with development or construction loans Comfortable handling multi-state transactions and REO processes Experience working in a paper-heavy environment without system prompts or checklists Perks: Direct hire with long-term career potential Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Supportive, non-micromanaging leadership Professional but relaxed team culture Free, onsite parking Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
