IT Operations Manager
The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of their IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure. CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Operations Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract. Responsibilities: Manages team(s) of operations specialists to coordinate execution of customer-centric, enterprise-wide monitoring, management, and maintenance approaches to drive approved service quality and interoperability across strategic goals and efficiency requirements and initiatives IAW the IT Service Management standards (DoDI 8440.01 DoD Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and the Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF)) Manages infrastructure services for integration, operations, and maintenance functions to ensure mission success Improves, automates, and increases efficiencies while maintaining secure mission responsive operations Maintains required documentation to Authority to Operate (ATO), policies, procedures and related DoD IIS information as mandated by policy, procedure, and authorized by the DIA CIO Oversees staffing resources and schedules to meet 24/7/365 global operations availability, reliability, and resiliency requirements Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations, schedules, service delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement plans/actions IAW the contract documents and meets performance metrics set forth in the SLAs Maintains the operational readiness of the IT enterprise, providing global operations, maintenance, management, monitoring, and installation services Ensures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team ITSM service delivery processes and reviews Fosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure; measures effectiveness using detailed performance metrics where practical Champions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise Oversees quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts Provides guidance and support for improved IT management and control Qualifications: Required: Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of job area regarding complex policies, practices or procedures Experience managing people, programs, or projects or significant size and relevance to organization An AS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience Minimum 6 years of experience operating or maintaining infrastructure or network architectures Minimum 4 years of experience managing operations centers, including monitoring, incident response and related ITSM processes, staffing, and other resources Current DoD 8140
IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies. Desired: ITIL 4 Foundation Certification What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
