The Arch Capital Transformation team has responsibility for identifying and facilitating solutions for human, integration, and business problems with innovative solutions. This role drives the identification of opportunities as well as facilitating the conversations necessary to drive proper planning to solve for those opportunities. This role will work closely with business peers, Operations Managers, and consultants to effectively execute against those opportunities that drive the best outcome for Arch Capital. Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to define the opportunities to optimize processes through active listening and documentation. Works closely with work stream leaders to ensure documented plans are in place to ensure dependencies are understood from the business and IT work streams. Works closely with the work stream leads to ensure plans are documented to solve for the opportunities and interdependencies identified that lead to successful execution. Deeply understand/develop the business case for proposed initiatives to ensure planning is in place to solve for solutions that bring the most value to Arch Capital. Job Specifications

Strong understanding of emerging technology, agile, and automation solutions to reduce waste and drive efficiency A background in Insurance transformation Broad understanding of usability and user experience best practices Broad experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions for building best outcomes Arch Capital Active listening skills that enable understanding of differing points of view Strong ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources Ability to be both strategic and tactical in day-to-day interactions Strong ability to plan and facilitate peers and stakeholders to arrive at an agreed-upon plan Strong diplomatic and consensus building skills Strong ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way verbally and through presentations Strong ability to overcome internal barriers and negotiate resource constraints to produce successful outcomes Strong communication and presentation skills Strong ability to establish credibility, influence and maintain effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders Strong ability to interact and partner at all levels across the organization Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment. Education & Experience

Required knowledge & skills would typically be acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in business, risk management or related field (or equivalent in experience) with 7+ years or related experience. $112,000 - $145,000/year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
