Material Control Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Control Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing material planning, procurement, inventory analysis, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage the entire material control process efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze material requirements from relevant departments Place purchase orders for maintenance materials and packaging supplies Source quotations and handle procurement of jigs, fixtures, and spare parts Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock analysis to optimize material flow Oversee and track product lifecycle processes, including LTB (Last Time Buy), EOP (End of Production), and EOL (End of Life) Coordinate with suppliers for settlement, invoicing, and handling any exceptions or discrepancies Manage Microsoft RTV (Return to Vendor) materials, including credit handling and material tracking Generate reports on material status and workflow KPIs Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, or procurement Strong analytical, detail-driven, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP SAP system Excellent communication and coordination abilities Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
