Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Logistics Coordinator to manage the shipment and delivery logistics of our cutting-edge X-ray CT scanners to customers around the world. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for arranging international and domestic transportation with our freight broker, sourcing and coordinating rigging contractors for on-site uncrating and installation, and ensuring all logistics-related components of each deployment run smoothly. You'll also help navigate the import requirements of different countries and maintain an approved vendor database to ensure consistent service quality. You will work closely with our Operations Coordinator, who manages the customer-facing side of installations, while you focus on the contractors and providers that bring those installations to life. Coordinate with our freight broker to schedule international and domestic truck shipments Source and manage rigging contractors to support scanner uncrating and installation at customer sites Navigate import/export logistics, documentation, and compliance across global regions Maintain and update an approved vendor list based on performance and reliability Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to align on delivery timelines and customer readiness Manage our field inventory of shipping materials by arranging their return, disposal, or remote storage Continuously improve and document logistics procedures based on feedback and lessons learned Develop relationships with trusted contractors and avoid repeat use of low-performing vendors About You:

2+ years of experience in logistics, coordination, or shipping (or a degree in a related field) Experience managing third-party contractors, vendors, or suppliers Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong decision-making ability and comfort working independently Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment Comfortable navigating changing requirements and ambiguous challenges Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic logistics management tools Bonus Points For:
