Customer Care Coordinator

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our customer's experience is positive and timely by answering calls, prioritizing service needs, and entering data in an organized and purposeful manner. Duties / Responsibilities
Manages large numbers of incoming calls. Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follows up to ensure resolution. Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer data, and files documents. Coordinates service requirements of customers effectively and timely. Takes the extra mile by inquiring about service requests to ensure one-trip service completion. Maintains physical and electronic records effectively. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination/administration. Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office Products, including Excel. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Must be well organized and able to effectively manage time. Physical Demands
Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc. Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment. Work primarily involves sitting/standing. Travel Requirements
