The Operations Specialist - Investment Advisory is primarily responsible for the middle office support of all managed accounts/investment advisory accounts for BOKFS, BOKFA and BOKFPWI. The Advisory Specialist is a control point to ensure that all operational policies and procedures are followed. Incumbent will be highly involved in the transition of new and existing advisory accounts onto the NetX360 or Wove Platform. We are committed to providing exceptional wealth management solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our team is dedicated to fostering strong relationships, offering strategic financial advice, and helping our clients achieve their long-term financial goals. How You'll Spend Your Time: You will handle routine tasks and review documentation for Investment Advisory Middle Office Operations. You will manage all money movement requests for Advisory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will approve new Advisory accounts, ensuring information and documentation meet regulatory requirements. You will assist with problem resolution by researching various systems and platforms. You will develop training materials and communications for Advisors and operations staff. Education & Experience Requirements: This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience investment sales/operations or 7-9 years of equivalent work-related experience. Series 7 and 66 Licenses required for incumbents in BOK Financial Securities. Thorough understanding and knowledge of investment advisory products and services provided by BOKFS, Inc. and BOKFA & BOKFPWI FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses for incumbents in BOKFS Excellent PC skills including appropriate systems usage (including but not limited to NetX360, Albridge, TPSS, and Wove) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent organization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner Exceptional attention to detail BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
