IT Product Senior Manager

In this role of IT Product Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience. Your Background and Experience

Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong background in analyzing, configuring, and implementing enterprise business applications. Demonstrated success in partnering with sales operations or commercial business functions to align digital solutions with business needs. Experience in solution road-mapping and defining strategic IT direction with business partners. Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power Platform and CRM tools. Ability to lead system migrations, integration of new business units, and transition planning from current to future state. Experience working in cross-functional teams including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Familiarity with data governance, management practices, and business process optimization. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage partners and drive adoption of new technologies. Experience in testing, requirements gathering, and impact analysis for enterprise applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment solving complex business challenges. Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry supporting business applications preferred. Work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
