You are: A strategic thinker with a strong delivery mindset and attention to detail Passionate about building technology products that transform private market investing Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs A horizontal leader who effectively aligns stakeholders and partners across an organization to deliver on a set of key objectives/deliverables Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across stakeholders A confident communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization A team player who is energized by working in a fast-paced environment We are: Passionate about building innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients Comfortable challenging the status quo Curious about financial markets and the technology ecosystem Results oriented & metrics driven Committed to fostering a purpose driven culture and working horizontally to break down silos Skills / Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrable success in leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Familiarity with technology delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g. Aha!, Azure DevOps) Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to manage risk and timelines across concurrent initiatives BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Primary Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across the Private Credit platform Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and working groups Track progress against milestones, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution Coordinate across product teams to align delivery with business goals Prepare executive-level reporting and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and tools For New York, NY only the salary range for this position is USD$162,500.00 - USD$215,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
