This role plays a crucial role in managing the key financial planning and analysis processes for Global Business Services (GBS) organization, specifically supporting the Procurement organization. We are seeking an ideal candidate with extensive financial knowledge and a proven history of success as a skilled professional who showcases drive, ambition, strong analytical abilities, and emotional intelligence. Responsibilities: Lead the monthly close and forecast process and prepare the P&L review Prepare month end close journal entries and headcount reporting Provide governance and support for productivity reporting Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Provide decision support analysis, financial updates and as needed ad-hoc analysis. Prepare OPEX schedules for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Support the standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes within the organization, promoting efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant analytical background 3+ years of progressive work experience within a global organization. Candidate will demonstrate experience in the following areas: accounting, financial reporting, internal control, FP&A, financial modeling technical accounting knowledge. History of business partnering as well as developing and implementing robust financial processes to drive effective decisions. Communication: clear and concise written, verbal and interpersonal skills Strong business insight as well as the ability to make assumptions, identify trends, and optimally benchmark results against baselines. Self-starter - ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a bias for action.
