As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing activities to support production. This position involves managing a team of technicians, handling a variety of different projects simultaneously and ensuring success of day-to-day operations at Key-In Center and MFG Training. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong technical capability and possess customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication. Must be data driven and possess strong project management capabilities to support production needs. The responsibilities also include collaborating with internal and external customers to coordinate and execute events such as customer visits, audits, PR events, corporate functions, or other gatherings. Essential Functions

The Production Support Engineer will perform various duties, including, but not limited to, the following: Team Lead & Process Management

Direct and lead a team of technicians to carry out activities associated with Key-In Center and MFG Training team Duties include but are not limited to managing clean room operation and material management, auditing, training related activities, enforcing protocol, conducting fab tours, and event planning Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of team members Co-work with Human Resources on recruiting and retention for MFG Direct Labor Ensure MFG training requirements align with company and department goals Facilitate development of training (courses, OJT enhancement) Production Support & Coordination

Coordinate and manage supplier and contractor activities to support FAB needs Involve with yearly budget planning and inventory management Work with Quality group to ensure FAB consumables and furniture meet company quality standards Analyze production support processes and identify areas for improvement Perform analysis to optimize cost of consumables to stay within budget while meeting quality standards Administer and coordinate fab tours, internal/external FAB Audits Serve as the primary point of contact between the production support team and other departments Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and manage multiple cross-functional short and long-term projects with potentially overlapping deadlines Coordinate with production, engineering, and functional teams to address support needs Interact with production leaders to understand training and development needs Provide support, advice, and solutions to internal customer facing issues or having questions Able to plan, support, and execute events for the company or community engagement activities Required Qualifications

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Management Science, Data Science or Analytics, Supply Chain Management or related field Strong understanding of operational processes and project management methodologies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Working Environment

Physical Requirements Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing proper clean room garments (full cleanroom suit, protective eyewear, gloves, hood, and mask) Must be able to work with computers extensively while remaining sedentary in an office environment throughout the shift Visual acuity for reading technical documents and analyzing data Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment Must be able to perform the duties of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Benefits
