Personal Administrative Assistant
A well-established and respected legal professional, operating within a confidential high-level practice, is seeking a Personal Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support. This position requires a proactive, polished, and highly organized individual who can manage professional and personal tasks with discretion and precision. The ideal candidate is Denver-based, excels in a client-facing environment, and is comfortable supporting a dynamic professional in both office and occasional off-site settings. Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Act as a primary point of contact between the client and internal/external stakeholders Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with absolute discretion Coordinate travel logistics and personal errands as needed Maintain digital and physical filing systems for legal and personal records Support the smooth operation of office-related tasks including supplies, billing coordination, and general organization Occasionally assist with planning of professional and personal events Run local errands and attend occasional off-site meetings or function Proactively anticipate needs and provide thoughtful, dependable support Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or personal assistantpreferably in legal, consulting, or professional services Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable to new systems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality Based in the Denver metro area with reliable access to transportation Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed (up to 10%) Compensation & Benefits
