The Journeyman Millwright is instrumental in ensuring our machinery is in top condition, enhancing our operational efficiency, and maintaining our reputation for quality. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a proven track record of maintaining industrial machines such as boilers, chillers, compressors, regenerative thermal oxidizers, and various water purification systems. This position works with little supervision, must be capable of working independently, and adhere to all safety regulations. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Maintenance Department, located in Pensacola, Florida, and will be an on-site role. Fabricates repair parts and structures by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Performs welding repairs when needed. Use various hand or power tools for measuring, cutting, welding, threading, grooving, bending, soldering, assembling, joining, and installing pipes, valves, and fittings. Maintains, dismantles, repairs, and replaces mechanical and hydraulic components (e. g. bearings, seals, details, carriers, etc.) on industrial machinery such as shafting, motors, generators, air compressors, engines, pumps, cylinders, gears, couplings, linkages, ball screws, coolant systems and filters, and combustion equipment and valves. Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures. Plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools or assemblies using blueprints, sketches, or models, following OSHA and PSM safety regulations. Who You Are:

5+ years relevant millwright/apprenticeship/boilermaker work experience Must be able to weld and fabricate. Must be able to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40lbs Ability to stand, squat, and reach for an extended period It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:

The Automotive Industry Completed an accredited Millwright certificate or training/apprenticeship program Ability to operate a high lift to perform work in high places Ability to use a digital/analog multi-meter to accurately document work performed in CMMS or other maintenance management systems The hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $32.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
