Shop Welder
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shop Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Stick, Tig and MIG pipe and structural metal welding, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings. This is a full-time position working primarily in our fabrication shop. What We Can Offer You

Perform welding tasks using Stick, TIG, and/or MIG techniques Fabricate and assemble metal structures, steel pipes and components per specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other shop tools as needed Inspect welds for accuracy and quality Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of welding experience (shop environment preferred) Proficient with various welding techniques (Stick, TIG, MIG) Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment Welding certification(s) a plus but not required All successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and complete a criminal background check.
