As Recreation Manager, you will be a driving force behind our poolside experiences, outdoor fun, and family programmingbringing fresh ideas and inspiring leadership to a dynamic team. This position reports to the Director of Recreation and works closely with other departments throughout the hotel, including Food & Beverage, Rooms Operations, Spa, and many others. How You Will Make An Impact: Lead with purpose

Provide leadership to Recreation Attendants and Pool F&B staff, creating a service culture that's warm, proactive, and guest-focused. Design the fun

Work closely with the Director of Recreation to plan and deliver engaging, on-trend recreational activities that delight guests of all ages and elevate the Ross Bridge experience. Keep things flowing

Ensure the pool area and recreational spaces are safe, well-maintained, and beautifully presented at all times. Grow your team
