Internal Sharp Strategic Liaison
Internal Sharp strategic liaison for external customer base, responsible for all customer related book of business activities and communication and process improvement identification and implementation to allow growth of business through improvements, i.e. KPI's, Quality and Process related activities, and enhanced customer experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Client Services Advisor position. Other duties may also be assigned. Establish strong relationships with all internal departments and customer contacts to assure proper respect and authority required of the position. The focus/scope if this role is specific to the following: Collaborate with CSA to assure all activities are properly scoped/quoted and customer requirements are clear. Maintain dialogue with primary customer contact(s) to identify and maintain an action list of active and pending changes to ensure alignment of Customer and Sharp priorities and impact to timeline/orders if actions not completed timely. Primary role task support as applicable (but not inclusive): Change Control Drafting/Implementation/Closeout
Serialization impacted changes Structure/Router Support - Bill of Material Creation or Modification and Approvals Coordinate Artwork Technical Check reviews by Sharp SME's prior to Regeneron finalizing orders with vendors Specification Support Coordination, in collaboration with internal Sharp SME's. Master Packaging Record Creation or Modification and Approvals Maintenance and/or Creation of Shipping Requirements (SRF) or Sample Shipping Requirements (SSRF) Document Support Serialization Documentation Assistance as applicable to copy changes identified Will co-manage with OMS, all commercial orders impacted by copy changes coordination activities to support less than standard Sharp timelines as requested by Regeneron, working through VSS group when applicable. Identifying all affected packaging orders to ensure appropriate communication to internal and external associates and timely task completion within Sharp processes Will be trained to all Sharp Project Management tools and WRKI's/SOP's/Processes as applicable to artwork copy changes affecting serialization and/or existing Product family, new SKU onboarding. Will be trained to all OMS tools and WRKI's/SOP's/Processes as applicable to artwork/copy change management, working through VSS role as applicable. Forward looking and strategic, anticipates impact or next steps of a situation or opportunity to get ahead of any escalation and/or to notify appropriate Sharp and customer personnel for visibility.
