As a Production Weekender, you would perform all the tasks and have all the responsibilities as a regular employee, just on the weekends. This includes but is not limited to operating high-speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks, and cleaning. Production Weekenders also monitor and interpret performance data to ensure we're operating as best as we can over the weekend. Job Description
Operate filling and packing equipment, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment. Drive a fork truck and load material and product onto trailers. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), safety and sanitation practices are always followed. Conduct process quality control check. Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all product. Clean production lines, work areas or other areas of the facility in order to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards. Maintain production safety and quality requirements. Must be available to work all shifts on weekend days, including holidays. Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates. Ability to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 pounds required. Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
