Title : Finance Manager - Managerial Reporting Department : FP&A Immediate Supervisor : VP, FP&A Position Purpose : As a member of the finance team, the Manager will be responsible for monthly managerial reporting processes, sales cube management, ensuring accuracy of data, consolidation of reporting and presentations to senior leadership. This individual will work with the rest of the team to develop and execute financials strategies to increase the value of the company. This is a high impact role with exposure to senior leadership. Principle Accountabilities Manage the monthly managerial reporting process, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and variance analysis. Oversee the sales cube management process, including the review of profitability, ensuring accuracy, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure the accuracy of the sales cube data by monitoring and reconciling to the financial statements and identifying and correcting errors in a timely manner. Consolidate reporting from multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial reporting. Related tasks as requested by the supervisor. Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 5+ years of experience in Finance. Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Managerial Reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and provide insights based on financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in MS excel and other financial analysis tools. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Why Choose IPG?
