Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for revenue generation >$5M annually through the development of new products and services that take advantage of the fully supply chain (manufacturers) inclusive of network programs, cash card, Specialty pharmacy, etc. Collaborate with business owners across the organization to develop multi-year product roadmaps, included forecasted revenue across various aspects of the Enterprise. Develop financial models that take into account revenue and margin impact across Medimpact enterprise, across multiple areas of impact; rebates, networks, specialty pharmacy, etc. Must demonstrate financial viability at the enterprise and individual department/company level. Work with Clinical, Underwriting, Contract Management, and other teams to implement processes and organizational structure to guide the operational evaluation, prioritization, and development of new and ongoing programs and enhancements to ensure strong financial performance. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities Client Responsibilities: This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills. One must be able to; manage difficult or emotional client situations; Respond promptly to client needs; Solicit client feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance from clients; Meet commitments to clients. Education and/or Experience: PRN05 - BA/BS Degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Master of Public Health (MPH) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; 10+ years related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s), specifically in Pharmacy Benefits Management or Pharmaceutical Supply Chain management required. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of SQL Database software and Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, and Access. Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to negotiate and discuss program strategies with pharmaceutical manufacturers, with a proven ability to demonstrate value propositions. Proven experience in presenting program value and strategy at C-suite, executive level, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Exhibit superior understanding of the economics associated with the pharmaceutical supply chain, from manufacturer market access to PBM formularies to supplier relationships associated with purchasing at the pharmacy level. Must demonstrate understanding of health care economics and practice. Possess proven leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires a history of strong experience in analytical, financial, accounting, data analysis skills. Requires a strong ability to operationally manage database applications. Demonstrated attention to detail. Strong acumen in project management and proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrates a history of sustained enterprise-level sound decision making abilities. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Language Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Working Hours: This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights, at weekends or on holidays as required. Work hours may be changed from time to time to meet the needs of the business. Typical core business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
