Process and reconcile payments to supplier statements Be able to work independently yet function as part of a team Make recommendations for improvements to accounting processes Answer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to branch personnel and insurance authorities Participate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned Other duties, as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred) Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Experience in a dispersed organization (preferred) Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability & desire to interact collaboratively with branch and headquarters management About Our Company
