Part-Time Operations Processor
Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time operations processor to join the print solutions team within our consumer, small & business banking operations group. This role plays a key part in supporting our document processing and print operations. In this role, you will: Insert or de-inserting envelopes, printing detail sheets, collecting and validating materials, collating and assembling kits, weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes. Perform document preparation, scanning and electronically log jobs. Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment. Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices. Collect data and prepare related operational reports. Prepare input forms for automated data processing system. Utilize the companys internal operations to perform duties. Coordinate projects. Furnish information to authorized persons. Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation. Required qualifications: 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired qualifications: Shipping & logistics: experience: prior experience with FedEx and UPS processing. Tools/systems: experience with ESO shipping manager. Technical proficiency: skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Knowledge management: ability to document resolutions, processes, and best practices in internal knowledge bases to support organizational readiness and promote knowledge sharing. Payments expertise: strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including PCI compliance, credit/ACH processing, disputes, settlements, and merchant funding. Multitasking & efficiency: proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Systems navigation: comfortable working across multiple computer systems and applications, with the ability to use search tools to locate information quickly. Adaptability: highly flexible and quick to learn new processes as business needs evolve. Independence: capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
