This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver innovative commercialization programs supporting next-generation healthcare technologies. You'll manage key funder relationships, oversee multi-stakeholder projects, and help bring cutting-edge medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics, and digital health solutions to market. Working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, you'll be instrumental in supporting the ARPA-H initiative and driving equitable innovation at scale. Accountabilities: Act as the primary liaison with funders and partners, representing the program with professionalism and strategic insight. Design, lead, and execute commercialization programs aligned with strategic goals, especially within the ARPA-H initiative. Manage complex portfolios including project planning, team collaboration, subcontractor oversight, and deliverable tracking. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows and program delivery. Lead internal cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with program vision, goals, and timelines. Support fundraising, reporting, and external communication efforts related to health innovation and commercialization. Provide subject matter expertise to evolve programs, share insights, and contribute to the organization's equity and impact goals. Supervise and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development support.
