Outside Sales Representative
The role of an Outside Sales Representative involves exploring new business opportunities and prospects within a designated territory. This includes making contact with prospects, resolving problems, and recording new prospects into the database. The representative will represent ISCO within industry, trade, or professional associations to develop and promote positive relationships. They will also research solutions to meet prospect and customer needs and communicate the value of ISCO products and services through interactions. Additionally, the role includes developing accounts and building customer relationships by forming alliances and partnering with customers to maximize revenue opportunities. The representative will improve customer satisfaction and develop positive business relationships with customers. They will prepare sales information and quotes for customers, market analysis, and sales expenses for management. They will also engage in the collection of receivables as necessary and coordinate all sales efforts, including attending sales meetings and making decisions and negotiating pricing. Travel is required for this position. Qualifications
