Develop and optimize formulations for various products in a cGMP laboratory environment. Produce complex formulations for toxicology portfolio, but occasionally helping other groups as needed. Implement and coordinate comprehensive quality assurance measures in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying PPI methodologies. Guide technicians and Scientist I in technical and quality troubleshooting, ensuring appropriate documentation and timely delivery. Manage change processes including ECO, documentation updates, and addressing non-conformance issues. Troubleshoot potential performance, process, and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most effective strategies and solutions. Advocate for safety; participate in safety reporting, reconciliation, and planning Promote and execute continuous improvement activities, including PPI projects, visual management, and productivity improvement efforts Requirements

Bachelors Degree preferred, strongly recommended degree in Science. 1 or more years is relevant experience. Proven experience working in a cGMP laboratory setting. In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA manufacturing and quality assurance standards. Strong background in continuous improvement (PPI) practices. Expertise in change management processes such as ECO and documentation updates. Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to achieving flawless results. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
