Proficiency in the following areas: Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry Trim carpentry Tile laying Door hanging Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients Document work progress and materials used Requirements: 4 years minimum experience in remodeling Valid driver's license Strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs Ability to lift heavy objects as required Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer, crowbar, and power tools Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour We Build Careers
