As the IT Business Partner
Shopfloor Applications, you will be the strategic and operational bridge between our manufacturing business and IT, driving technology solutions that enhance shopfloor performance. You'll lead a team, manage solution lifecycles, and ensure our digital tools align with business goals. This role is all about collaboration, leadership, and innovation. You'll work closely with global and local teams, championing continuous improvement and fostering strong relationships across departments. As the IT Business Partner
Shopfloor Applications, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and support of shopfloor technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT capabilities. In detail, you will: Develop and manage solution roadmaps for shopfloor applications
Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and support activities
Serve as the primary IT contact for shopfloor-related initiatives
Communicate KPIs and ensure lifecycle health of implemented solutions
Drive simplification and optimization of the IT landscape
Manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships
Coach and mentor your team to foster growth and accountability
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or equivalent
7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in people management
Proven experience in shopfloor environments and manufacturing IT
Skilled in MES and IIOT platforms (Apriso, Kepware)
Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and a true change agent
Where You'll Be
