eCommerce Search, youll create seamless, intelligent, and scalable search and personalization experiences that directly impact our customers worldwide. You will lead the strategy, execution, and success of ML/AI-powered features that enhance discoverability and drive customer satisfaction. Youll Make an Impact By: Leading the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement of customer-facing search and personalization features. Partnering with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver ML/AI-powered solutions that improve search relevance, ranking, and recommendations. Driving the vision and roadmap for search and personalization products that serve millions of customers globally. Using data and analytics to define KPIs, measure product performance, and guide decision-making. Designing and running large-scale A/B tests to optimize feature performance and validate new hypotheses. Analyzing customer behavior, industry trends, and internal data to identify opportunities and shape product direction. Communicating progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. About the Team Youll be part of Walmarts International eCommerce Product team, responsible for the Search and Personalization experiences across 26 countries. The teams mission is to empower customers with highly relevant, intuitive, and personalized discovery journeys across markets like Mexico and Canada, powered by cutting-edge ML/AI innovation. Youll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If... Youve successfully launched impactful customer-facing features in eCommerce or digital platforms. You have a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Youve built and scaled ML/AI-based products and search experiences. You are deeply customer-obsessed, combining empathy with execution. You thrive in ambiguity and can turn insights into product opportunities. Youre comfortable working in global, matrixed organizations, leading initiatives across regions and time zones. You understand APIs, search systems, and personalization engines. You can effectively prioritize, influence, and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred. 4+ years of product management experience, especially in eCommerce, digital platforms, or customer experience roles. Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation at scale, and turning test insights into measurable outcomes. Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Google Analytics) to assess impact and guide product strategy. Proven success in building B2C search, discovery, or personalization products, ideally in international or complex markets. Primary Location: 640 W California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086-4828, United States of America The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
