Amcor is currently searching for an individual to join our Oshkosh production plant. This position is on night shift (5pm-5am) 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule, where employees will have every other weekend off. Work just 3 or 4 days a week and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance! Compensation: $27.19 + $1.20/hour night shift premium available + 1.5x pay on Sundays! Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety. Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, and standard operating procedures. Organize, record, and ensure proper storage of resin. Adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment for each job. Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. Work with and direct the extrusion assistant and other team mates to minimize job change-over and down time. Train and direct the extrusion assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time. While also knowing and understanding the role in product safety.
