We are signing new clients weekly and we have an immediate need for dedicated, experienced, and empathetic caregivers in the Santa Maria and the Santa Ynez Valley areas. We have a variety of day time shifts and cases available throughout the week and weekends. As part of our home care team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Providing companionship and emotional support. Giving medication reminders and keeping an eye on health and safety. Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events. Following personalized care plans as and documenting via detailed shift notes and task records. There are a couple of special cases that we are hiring for immediately that require a physically strong, experienced caregiver who can assist clients with showers, personal hygiene, light cleaning, transportation, etc. These cases require heavy lifting and transfers. You will also be offered other shifts within your stated availability to help fill out your schedule.
